This past week of October 2, highway illumination and Incident Management System (IMS) work continued along Route 8 Southbound from Exit 17. The following work will take place in the next two weeks:
Weeks of October 9 and October 16:
- Nighttime from 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
- Route 8 southbound from the Exit 17 southbound on-ramp to the end of the illumination at Exit 13 southbound.
This work consists of trenching and backfilling, installing light pole foundations, and installing cable between the foundations.
