This past week of August 21, nighttime highway illumination and Incident Management System (IMS) work continued along Route 8.
The following work will take place in the next two weeks:
Week of August 28:
- Nighttime from 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
- Route 8 southbound from Exit 15 southbound off-ramp to Exit 14 off-ramp
Week of September 4:
- Daytime from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday
- There will be no construction during the Labor Day holiday
This work consists of trenching and backfilling, installing light pole foundations, and installing cable between the foundations.
